I built an AI that stress-tests your decisions
Background: I'm a Scrum Master by day, builder by night. For months I kept watching founders — including myself — fall in love with ideas before properly stress-testing them. Customer interviews felt like confirmation bias in disguise. So I built Poddle.
What it does: you input an idea or decision, and multi-agent AI analyses it across 6 lenses — market, financial, competitive, risk, strategic, and execution. Each lens argues its own perspective. You get a structured stress-test, not a cheerleader.
What surprised me building it:
— The most valuable users aren't validating new ideas. They're using it before major pivots.
— The "risk" lens surfaces things founders already know but haven't said out loud yet.
— People share their analyses publicly, which I didn't expect at all.
Current state: React/Vite/TypeScript frontend, Supabase, GPT-4o Mini powering the agents. A small number of paying users (still early).
What I'd love feedback on: Does the 6-lens framing make sense to you as a builder? Is there a lens you'd add or remove?
Happy to give anyone here free access if you want to try it — just comment or DM.
