Is OnePrep worth it more than Actify?

i am studying for the september ACT, my pre ACT was a 29 and practice test was a 33 with a 30 math, 36 reading and 34 english, looking to get a 36 cumulative. i want to use either OnePrep or Actify as they schedule what to practice on which days but wondering how accurate and useful each website is. i need mostly help with math and english, i am 5 weeks out from the test and doing one practice test every saturday. thank you, also any other help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

is it best to study one subject a day or a little bit of each every day?

i am studying for the september ACT, my pre ACT was a 29 and practice test was a 33 with a 30 math, 36 reading and 34 english, looking to get a 36 cumulative. should i study math on day, english the next and then reading the next with like 1-2 hours of focused studying or do 20-30 mins of each every day? i am 5 weeks out :)
