I had a question about how to choose the proper bits for my router. I will only be doing basic stuff to begin with so I can get used to using it.

Are there brands that are really good and others that I should steer away from? Any help with this would be awesome.

Edit: thank you guys so much for the quick response and suggestions. I will look into Whiteside and Freud bits first.
