I am going through a custody modification. The father is medically negligent with our disabled child. He filed a custody mod and RTSC, and I did the same. So, there are four petitions. He has a lawyer, and I do not, although I am getting advice from one. The attorney sent me a "notice of service". The attorney is asking for all the evidence that supports my claims that he is negligent. We have a conference coming up soon. Should I hand them over and what would be the reason that they are asking for it?
