Gcash Problem

My partner recently sent money to the wrong number (one digit wrong to be precise). We sent 2970 php in total cause it was sent using 7-11. The number actually replied but she has not used gcash for 3 years sadly she had gcredit unpaid and it took all of the money automatically. Is there anything we can do to get the money back? The automatic collection of funds is too fast that we couldn’t even get the money back. We can’t report anywhere cause we sent the money in 7-11 cause my partner didn’t have a gcash account. What can we do?
