Is 16 days of pretreatment with mino enough before lefamulin?
My original plan was to take 28 days of minocycline followed by 28 days of sitafloxacin. I previously failed 10 days of mino followed by 14 days of sitafloxacin, but I was able to get some lefamulin on hand, which was unexpected. I thought this stuff was discontinued because I tried to get it a few months ago and it was unavailable. So should I do mino for longer and then start the lefamulin, or will 16 days be enough?
