I’ve been having a bad flare for the past two weeks and now have blood in my urine. My doctor has asked if I want to start a course of antibiotics but my dip test and culture are all negative. I’m worried about taking a course of antibiotics if I don’t really need to be taking them. Wondering if anyone has any advice x
