My senior dog is acting different

Okay so this is my first time posting .
My dog is 10 years old and a fatty not going to lie.
I’ve had her since she was a puppy. She is a full blooded American pitbull
Background information:
My mother wouldn’t let me take her with me and would feed her all kinds of human food like chips , ice cream , anything she would eat my dog would eat. She also is the kind of dog where if you give her unlimited access to food she won’t stop eating till she’s sick.
2-3 years ago my mother surrendered her to me.
Since then we have been working with her exercise, limiting her food intake ( two scoops a day once in the morning and once at night )
(She eats a dry food designed for old dogs)
Within the last few weeks she hasn’t been wanting to eat her breakfast , but has no issues with eating her dinner. She gets so excited when she knows it’s good time.
The only way I can get her to eat in the morning is adding wet food to her dry food. But once again has no issue eating dinner and doesn’t need it then.
It’s so unlike her character to not want to eat.
Is this anything to be concerned about or maybe just old age ?
Thank you for any advice, suggestions, feedback or anything. (Not looking for medical advice)
