This originally was just happening in the left where if i turned on ANC and then turned it off the sound of ocean or wind would remain in the left ear. or it'll be normal when i take them out the case, but the minute i try to change the audio settings to transparency or whatever the ocean sound will begin, now this is happening in the right ear and it's really annoying. i can't use them properly and don't know how to resolve it since cleaning isn't working nor is a reset. I have heard a lot of people have this issue too

im reallt worried to be honest, my dad told me he wants me to do something where im actually paid and isn't happy with me doing free work. i really wanted to take this up for experience. im 17 if that's relevant, im worried that im gonna regret not volunteering sooner and that jobs are gonna reject me from this but then again idk if that's realistic
