About me: I’m a Chinese male college student moving into a double room in D5, looking in advance for someone to split it with. (Landlord agreed). I treat my room as a place for study and rest only. I am considerate, quiet and aware of boundaries, looking for the same.

1. Two separate beds in the room. Rent will be €600 per person excluding utilities
2. Quiet house. 10min walk from Dart station.
3. No party, smoking, pets, drugs. Normal sleep schedule. Don’t bring people over (landlord’s rules)
4. A short trial period preferred. Show student ID beforehand.
