Parts turnaround is brutal
Blew the rear tire on my Apollo go wound up deforming the rim a little. Called a shop recommended in the Apollo app and they suggested a tube tire as a damaged rim won't work with a tubeless... It took them 3 days to fix and cost more than just buying the rear wheel assembly would've and after picking it up I didn't make it home before it failed. So I ordered the rear assembly to fix it myself. Support says up to 24hrs to process, then up to 7 business days to ship. Realistically that's 2ish weeks without my ride over a simple part.
Not trying to trash the brand, I actually like the hardware. But this kind of parts turnaround is rough for the premium price point, and support has been kinda dismissive. This scooter is my primary mode of transportation, I'm starting to wonder if I should look into other brands.
Anyone have any advice?
Update: they handed it off to Canada post, Apollo has done their job... Unfortunately it already seems Canada post has been doing a spectacular job at screwing up. Shipped Monday afternoon, it's currently Tuesday and the delivery estimate has already been pushed back twice
