Hi all - are there any other estate planners out there who use Clio? We are in the process of migrating and running into some issues with how to keep track of deceased clients, or when one half of a married couple dies. How are you guys handling this?

Example 1: I assist Bob and Jane Doe with their estate planning. Bob has now died. How are you reflecting this in Clio?

Example 2: I assist Bob and Jane Doe with their estate planning. They have both passed away and we are opening an estate for Bob with Daughter Sue serving as PR. We understand that we need a new matter, but how are you then keeping track of the documents in the file?
