Was accidentally poisoned
On the 5th I went to a dentist to check a wisdom tooth for extraction. They agreed they would pull it that day. We get things ready, do a shot to the gum to numb me. I still could feel so they did a 2nd shot. This one went deeper. I felt him push it in my gums. Next thing I know I’m waking up with emts there. I apparently had a seizure. I got rushed to the er, Hospital released me a few hours later. Diagnosis said I was accidentally poisoned by local anesthetic which provoked a seizure. Basically I’m asking the dentists here if I should consult a lawyer or what should my next steps be with the dentist? I’m supposed to go in for a cleaning tomorrow. Just a bit overwhelmed I guess. Any and all info would be appreciated.
(I’ve gone to this place before and have had extractions last year that did require multiple injections and had no issues)
