9 week puppy excessive peeing runny poops
We got our puppy at 8 weeks last Saturday (5/7) he has been doing great. Then Saturday night/Sunday morning he woke me up at 3 am to go out. He poops, not water but definitely not solid. Then wakes me up again at 4 am. Same thing. We start our day Sunday and he just slept all day. Once the sun went down he got up and was running around playing so I thought maybe he just didn’t want to be in the heat. Last night I was up till 4 am with him and started to think something was really wrong. Every hour we were outside pooping and peeing. He was panting and breathing heavy. He will go to his food and water take a bite or two of food, a couple sips of water then immediately pee. I know he is not drinking as much fluid as he is putting out. He pooped at 7:15 am then did not poop again until 7 at night. I took him to the vet, parvo and parasites came back negative but my gut is telling me something is wrong. The vet made me feel incredibly stupid telling me it was not a loose stole and his gums are a good color. He ate some of the treats he put down and took two drinks of water(exactly what I said he’s been doing) but he is losing so much fluid. He’s laying beside me just breathing fast and heavy.
