People who did an MBA from a tier 3 college after a 2-year gap...how did things turn out for you?
I’m probably about to take the same path and feeling pretty anxious about it. I have a 2-year gap in my profile and my best calls right now are from tier 3 colleges.
For context, the gap happened due to personal and health related reasons, though I did try to stay productive during that time.
I wanted to ask people who were in a similar situation:
How difficult were placements and internships?
Did recruiters constantly question the gap?
What should I focus on before and during MBA to improve my chances?
Would genuinely appreciate honest experiences, especially from people who’ve already been through this.
