Have a new to me 30hp mercury efi, motor runs flawlessly however when I get on a plane sometimes the motor just loses rpms, it doesn't miss or anything the rims just slowly drop. The gas that was in it did smell old so I changed it out and put some fuel system cleaner in it. It only happens under load. Would this be fuel related or could it be a prop issue?
