Hey everyone! I recently applied for a manager position, but I’ve been experiencing some delays. However, the Assistant Manager position has become available. Although I haven’t started yet, as I learn more about the role, I feel that my skills and expertise would be better suited for the Assistant Manager position. Would it be inappropriate to ask the district manager if I could transition to that position or reapply for it? I believe I have the necessary experience and could make a greater impact in that role.

Side note: I would like to be more involved with Logistics & Human Resources: Not just Floor Management.
