In the Newborn Trenches
My wife and I recently had a baby a few weeks ago. Things are going well but the sleep deprivation is REAL. We stay on a pretty organized schedule and our diets are relatively clean.
Wanted to see if anyone has been through this and utilized any peptides, supplements, etc to help? I started Reta a few months ago and am now at 2mg weekly. Started MOTS-C this week. Just looking for any ideas to keep my energy up so I can best support my wife.
Additionally, and I think I already know the answer to this but am curious, have any ladies used peptides post-birth to help with healing, hormonal swings, etc? I assume it would be best to stay away from any peptides while breastfeeding but I’m curious.
