Did this cosplay for a convention except I hope no one notices how I didn’t get my nails done plus I forgot to do fangs for my teeth LOL (at least the dogs are out…)

I want to cosplay Briar from League of Legends so I ordered a costume online. Looked at the measurements, ordered a small and it’s a little cm difference from me. The fabric isn’t at all stretchy and when I do put it on and zip up all the way I can’t breathe.
Is there any way to make it a little bigger without making it into a corset (since the front already looks like a corset but it’s fake) And the shorts (last picture) doesn’t even zip up at all when it’s on me (it fits and can zip up with another persons help but I tried lubing the zipper up it didn’t do anything so I also wanna change it too)
Is there a way to get rid of the zippers altogether and replace with something to just wear it much easier? Or should I readjust something like add fabric and reattach the zippers?
I don’t wanna refund cos I rlly do like it and I’m willing to learn a few sewing tricks in order to make it work (I have sewing machine)
Please help I need to wear by July.
