Anyone else feel like natural 7oh is being misunderstood by regulators?
I feel like it is being misunderstood at a policy level because every conversation around it immediately turns into either panic or complete dismissal.
After using it for a while, it feels noticeably different from plain leaf in terms of potency, compulsive redosing, tolerance buildup and overall opioid like effects, yet most public discussion around it feels driven more by panic than actual harm reduction.
People use it for completely different reasons too, whether that’s pain management, getting off stronger opioids, experimenting or just unwinding while scrolling reels or gaming but lawmakers seem to lump all kratom related products into one category.
I’m not saying it’s harmless, but the conversation around it feels way less nuanced than it should be.
