My tank is 9 months old and for the first 3 months the tank looked amazing! Lush plants clear water. I was truly impressed.

Now it's gone to shit and I hate it. I'm cleaning it every week because the particulates have made their way up though the sand and gravel and my tank is ways cloudy.

Wondering if a high powered canister filter would be better or should I just pull the fish out and redo it with just gravel and gravel fertiliser.

Did anyone get this weird sensation in their upper belly during or before an attack? I can't really describe it, it's not pain but rather feels like someone's grabbing my liver and wobbling it around, or like I'm on a roller-coaster and there's the butterfly sensation in my stomach.

So weird!!!

Suffering from dry itchy skin, burning labia, dry itchy eyes, itchy scalp, hot flashes at night, sunken cheeks/saggy face, light periods and trouble sleeping.
