My mother never wants gifts, but her birthday is coming up..
My dear mother is about to turn 62 in 2 weeks. She never wanted gifts and is overall quite a minimalist - she has never been too much concerned with vanity or looks, although she does have a few pieces of jewellery (mostly small gold stuff). So, to begin with, the typical woman's gifts (perfume, jewellery, bags etc) wouldn't make much sense..
What she does love is her 2 granddaughters, so I was thinking maybe some sentimental gift related to them or maybe an experience? I am honestly super lost and really don't want to go empty handed - not because it is customary to gift something for a birthday, but because I genuinely would like to gift her something and make her happy, she deserves it so much!
