Trial by Written Declaration Success Rate

After 20 years of no tickets, I got 2 speeding tickets in 1 week. I'm fighting them and would like to get an idea of TBWD success rates.

Methodology

Please comment below if you've fought at least 2 tickets by TBWD and answer the following:

  1. How many tickets have you fought by TBWD?

  2. How many did you win by TBWD

  3. You may also list if you went on to Trial de Novo, and if you won or lost.

The reason I'm asking for commentors that have fought at least 2 tickets is in an attempt to reduce selection bias. Those who won 1 case may be more likely to comment than those who lost their case. But someone whose fought 4 tickets and lost some and won some might be a better indicator of the success percentage.

Those who have only fought 1 ticket are still welcome to comment, but I'll probably leave those out of the finally tally.

No Suites available 13 months out

Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. No suites available to use a SUA 13 months out.

Backstory:
I've been visiting this hotel twice a year for a convention for like a decade. I used to be able to use my SUA to get a suite every time as long as I booked like 6 months in advance. But the last 2 years, no suites. So I finally decided to try and book 13 months out when the rooms first become available for globalists... no suites.

I suspect the hotels is hiding the suites. Yes, I have no way to know this for sure. Maybe they contractually sold them out to a large company for many years out. Possible. But given the games I've seen other Hyatt's play with hiding both suites and basic points rooms, I'm skeptical.

Lets assume for a minute that they ARE hiding the suites... Anyone have any strategies to get them to release a suite for me? I already had my concierge reach out to them and no results.

And for anyone that doubts hotels are hiding suites, here's one of my direct experiences... I was at a beach-front resort Hyatt over New Years. At check in I saw no suites available on the Hyatt app, so I knew I wasn't getting a suite upgrade. Understandable, its New Years. But as I'm checking in, I hear the agent next to me trying to upsell a suite upgrade to another guest. Yup, they hide the suites so globalists can't get them. Then they aggressively upsell them to non-globalists for cash. The agent sounded scripted like she had a lot of training on how to present and upsell the suite. Outside of peak times like New Years, I've gotten a suite upgrade at this hotel many times. So I'll give them credit for that, but during peak times when there's of of money to be made, they are blatantly side stepping the rules. I told my concierge about this and she didn't care.

Edit: Forgot to mention the hotel is connected to the convention center so high demand during convention dates. Suites are widely available outside my convention dates, so they're clearly not hiding them all the time. But during the high demand convention dates I suspect they might be.
