Don't get me wrong, I think the Paramount/WB merger shouldn't happen, but it's really too antitrust for them to own both CN+Nick networks having to sell the Nick Networks while keeping the IP's with ALL the Nick IP and CN shows on JUST CN while Disney can just fully own all 3 WDAS, Pixar + Blue Sky?
Also with them allowing away antitrust of Microsoft owning ALL of the big 3 shooters owned by them okay with the Activision purchase (Call Of Duty, Halo, Doom) with the other 2 being competitors that they bought along with all the other franchises that were tied with PlayStation from that purchase like I think the Paramount/WB merger is bad and would being bad things for both of them even if this selling the Nick Network and having all the shows on just Cartoon Network thing doesn't happen but like it's just kind of really hypocritical of them really stopping this and doing this having to sell parts of children's programming to allow the Warner Bros purchase otherwise they'll be a monopoly so have to do this while Microsoft with the Activision merger of COD that was played on mostly being considered okay other than one country really late and same with Disney owning their animation competitor Blue Sky with Pixar and their own animation studio not being considered monopolistic and having to sell blue sky or one of their studios to allow their Fox purchase but with Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon being both owned by Paramount they're having to do this selling parts to not be a monopoly compared to the other 2 buyouts just being allowed fine especially with Microsoft's purchase of Activision not having to do this and barely going through much things to be stopped compared to this okay.
