resit results tomorrow - how to cope with the wait

I failed my OSCE by one mark and I've really been struggling in the wait for resit results. I didn't think the resit went too badly but the only things I can remember are the things I forgot to do or say. I've been trying to distract myself by going to the gym and creating some structure to my day but my mental health has tanked since I got these results. I've been having dark thoughts every day about what I'd do if I fail the resit, which I've never had before in my life. If I fail and have to resit the year, I'd have to give up my international elective and I'd also lose my scholarship and bursaries, which I've been relying on to stay afloat. How do people cope?

Doctors who failed exams - where are you now?

Posting here as was removed from r/doctorsuk!

I failed an exam as a medical student. It was my final OSCE that I failed by one mark. Just wanted to hear some success stories from doctors who have failed exams in the past - what have you gone on to do with your careers? I need some reassurance that there's still hope for me!

CPSA appeals

So I got my finals results today. I got a pretty decent mark in the AKT which I was surprised about as it was so hard.

However, I failed the CPSA by one station. Also, the feedback for one of the stations I failed was that I didn't have time to get onto management. I 100% remember covering management in the time I had because I prescribed antibiotics and went on to answer the patient's concerns. Is this grounds to appeal or am I wasting my time?? Does anyone have any experience with appealing OSCEs?

What's more, I failed one of the other stations by one mark, so I essentially failed the entire CPSA by just one mark. I know this probably isn't grounds to appeal (or is it??? Idk) but I don't know how I'm going to be able to mentally deal with redoing OSCEs all over again just for the sake one mark.
