Been extra mad lately, this is my first remote job and I have been planning on getting another ISP, sadyang walang budget pa.

Been contacting PLDT via chat support non stop since last week, I even emailed ntc. No movement at all! Ive been told na may area outage daw sa amin (EMBO area, Taguig) but I have contacted people I know who live in the same area and streets as me with OLDT as their main line. They have connection naman! I am so confused, they wouldnt send a technician kasi I really want to know if area outage ba talaga or may humugot ng line namin in place of another customer. Have you encountered this ba? Any tips?
