Looking into Warcrow
Looking to swap into a new wargame coming from a long Warmachine background, looking to get the lay of the land as I love the look of the models in Warcrow;
1 - Rules quality: I've only glanced at the rules a little bit, how balanced overall is the game? Can I push hard on a list and expect the game to be fair? Or is it more in the tradition of Warhammer, where there's typically busted stuff the game expects you to be nice about because they can't be bothered?
2 - Rules Stability: Does warcrow take on the more 'live service' model of game rules where they're updating stuff every few months? Or can I expect model rules to be more or less stable, barring the occasional once a year update now and then as issues arise?
3 - Model Quality: I'm no stranger to prep work, mold line scraping and a little puzzeling to assemble models as a commission painter for 10 years. What's the expected condition of arriving models (i.e am I going to learn replacement services by name in a few months?) is prepping a Warcrow trooper to above table top standards a 20 minute job? Or a 5 hour job?
