Has anyone used Home-In conveyancing/app when their help-to-buy home loan was through CBA? If Yes, how'd it go?

As above. Trying to decide whether using Home-In conveyancing/app is a good idea or not. Does the lower price go with lower service quality/reliability etc? or just a nice discount due to the connection they have with CBA. Your thoughts are appreciated, especially if you've used it or know someone who has.

Has anyone had commbank allow boarder income while also using the HtB scheme?

I had hoped to use this for a borrowing capacity boost given an adult family member (non-spouse) will continue living with me and contributing a little to household costs. It doesn't seem disallowed by htb from the guide? They say you can't rent out the property, which this isn't. And the ato considers it a domestic arrangement not income.

A commbank lender i spoke to said it's not allowed and they can't add it if I'm using HtB.

I'm hoping they're misinformed! Has anyone successfully had boarder income approved in a HtB application?

Edit for conclusions I've drawn: It seems from further talks with lender and people here and a lot of reading, that there was a brief window when HtB first started that boarder income was allowed, but then HA stricly closed it off quite fast and now it's unfortunately not allowed.
If anyone has had boarder income approved in say the last few months though would absolutely love to hear about it, because that would be information contradicting this explanation.

Thanks everyone for your replies 🫰
