Hello everyone,

My wife and I got married last year, and we now live in Germany. For an administrative procedure, we need a new certified marriage certificate with apostille, issued less than 3 months ago.

I’m looking for advice on the best way to handle this from abroad, and ideally a reliable notary, lawyer, or document agent in Paraguay who can obtain the certificate and arrange the apostille.

If anyone has experience with this process, knows the usual costs and timelines, or can recommend someone trustworthy in Paraguay, I would really appreciate your help.
