Is this a wart?

I’ve been treating my warts with imiquimod and this little circle has remained unchanged. Is it possible it’s just a bump I have or is it a wart? I’m going to my gynecologist 6/15 and will go to PPH sooner to get checked out (my gynecologist office is pretty full).

I’d like someone’s opinion, please look through the slides. also would like to mention that I stopped treatment 16 days ago.
