I am stuck in the same role for years , while I am so grateful for the job and the pay I am not able to find anything that pays better but role wise I have no promotion no recognition or opportunities to grow. I am also not as motivated as my peers do you see any chance of light at the end of the tunnel. Is there any major life twists that will change everything for me? Very curious to know 🙏

I’ve never met anyone who made me think oh, it’s you. Not once. And I’m tired of waiting for someone who doesn’t seem to exist yet. Where is he how’s he like? When does that chapter even begin? I know marriage isn’t everything but I am curious as I watch everyone else find love
