A silver leadership course is coming up soon they’ve yet to select people I’ve bidded for it but on one of the requirements it says you need to be enrolled as a cadet for 2 years I was enrolled 9 days after the course would happen 2 years ago do you think they will add discretion or will it be a flatline no I meet the bronze leadership waiting period but that’s about it
Any advice to go from Cpl to sgt because we have to slots opening up in the next few months I’ve been a Cpl for 8 months and the only other Cpl above me has been for 9 months I’d love for the both of us to be promoted but he’s the type to try his hardest to throw me under the bus for the extra stripe but that’s besides the point does anyone have any tips to be the best corporal possible
Recently I’ve lost a lot of motivation towards cadets and just all round my love for cadets because recently everyone’s starting to dread it because a lot of drama within the NCOs due to some disagreements and I don’t know what to do because would it be worth leaving now or staying and seeing if it works out?
Can I roll my sleeves above the or just on the black elastic strap on my brassard or must my sleeves be below the strap of the brassard?
