ET-8550 software update created problems
my ET-8550 has been printing 13x19 fine since I purchased last month. An Epson software update occurred and now I get a 1" white area on the right side. Looking for a work around using ChatGPT, is steered me to look at the "Printer Server Properties for Super B". The paper width is 12.01 rather than 13. These parameters can't be changed, so it appears the Epson software update has a wrong value in the Super B properties. I tried creating a new form (SuperB_NEW) with the correct 13" x 19" and zero margins, but apparently Epson will not allow user defined forms in their paper size menu's.
Any advice on how to get the printer working properly for Super B paper?
