Used TurboTax. Forgot to update my direct deposit information on CRA from when I worked with HnR block. Now what?

So after not getting my tax return after a while I did some digging and found my direct deposit was still the account HnR block used to get my return after I dealt with them back in 2023.

It was apparently something called a DC account? I called HnR block, they transfered me to DC, and they said they couldn't help me either.

Is this money just gone? It was like 4k and I could really use that cash.

Really frustrated trying to navigate the app

In the first picture is the coursework I'm on right now. Everything is 80/100, missing the little crown. How is this possible? I just do everything it gives me, pressing next when I'm done with whatever.

I click on the thing I want to earn the crown on and I'm forced to take an unskippable practice quiz (second picture) that does not earn me the crown.

After the quiz I'm on a new track (third picture) that has a little crown on it, and I don't really know what this new track refers to. Am I in an expanded version of the lesson? Is it the same track as the first picture just laid out differently? Why am I forced to take a quiz to get here?

I'm really getting quite angry, because I can't let myself progress without getting the crown. Please just tell me how to get the crown so I can move on.

Beautyland left me an emotional wreck. Now I need more pain.

Beautyland by Marie-Helene Bertino left me a ruin. I was full throat, full chest sobbing at the end. Now I would like some more pain please. I tried The Midnight Library by Matt Haig. Pretty good. Good insight into the human connection, very hopeful. But nowhere close to where I'm trying to get.

Please recommend some books for me that will leave my soul in tatters, thank you.
