Looking for info regarding the team manager notice period. 13 weeks notice is ridiculous. Can anyone advise on the repercussions from Tesco as to not working your full notice apart from the do not rehire on file ( I have no intentions of ever coming back!) I’m looking online around the legal side of it. I am also speaking with union this week but wondered if anyone has any experience in this. 13 weeks makes you un-employable elsewhere.
