I hope that this was an experiment.
An experiment for the next album. To gauge audience interest for a more experimental sound for the next album. After watching Mayhem Requiem I'm convinced Gaga can and should be free from the leash of pop music and drift to something completely different because Mayhem Requiem was, IMO, so much better than the original album.
I hope she takes this new direction for LG8.
