I’ve been in Salesforce ecosystem for 15 years. I’m now head of it at a company and I’m just kind of over it and idk if the industry is for me anymore. My role is:

Analyst
Architect
Operations
Leader
Mentor
Decision maker
Timeline negotiator
Roadmap creator
Process architect

And literally all I want to do is build things from requirements but instead everything else is in the way and with the development of AI I’m supposed to learn all these new tools and string together all these automations and I’m just so burned out from managing everything that I don’t care anymore. And it seems like 95% of the jobs I see are asking for just this same thing.

Is there a way through this?
