Why is kusesa seen as some noble activites by organisations when they are doing their CSRs?

Endlessly we see in the news organisations going to sweep some area (usually a marketplace) as a form of CSR...makamaka in support of a district council. What is the use of this and who sustains that work?...tandipangeni educate. Answer shouldn't be hygiene.

Model switching keyboard shortcuts

I use Deep Seek with Zoo Code. I frequently switch between Pro and Flash, and would love to know if there is a keyboard shortcut for this. I know about the keyboard shortcut for switching modes (Code, Plan, Debug etc) but I want to know if there is one for switching between model variants

Are NGOs really making a difference?

Is the need in various areas (Education, WASH, Health etc) so great that NGOs can't make any meaningful dent or are their operations designed in such a manner so as to forever require the problem(s) to justify their reason of being? I ask this because I see no visible evidence that NGOs in Malawi are making forward progress in the communities they claim to be serving. Having worked with a lot of NGOs as a consultant, the best they seem communicate to their donors regarding the change they've made in the communities is "so and so is now able to send his/her kids to school. They have bought a bike. They now have a house with iron sheets....". To me this is pitiful 'impact' in 2026.
