How do we get our satisfaction rate up? Any extra tips?

Hey guys. I just got a thumbs down after months. Does anyone have any extra tips or tricks, for getting the satisfaction rate up? I was doing very well and got my 75 to 88 and yesterday, this rude geezer gave me a thumbs down without even giving me proper instructions for the delivery. And just before that happened, I got an email which said I have to maintain 85 at least in Melbourne or else there will be deactivation risk. That kinda freaked me out coz this is a reliable job and I don’t wanna lose it. Man people can be so inconsiderate sometimes. I wonder if they know this satisfaction rate can affect our jobs. After it went down, I started to type an extra thank you during leave at door deliveries to encourage thumbs ups. Anything else we can do?
