Is the 8% ENFP statistic for the US actually real?
I am an ENFP living in Russia. Even though I have interacted with many people throughout my life, I have never met another ENFP. It feels like our type is extremely rare here. In my experience, the vast majority of people in Russia belong to the SJ types, while Intuitives (N) are incredibly hard to find.I would love to know what the actual situation is in the US. According to official statistics, ENFP types make up around 8% of the US population. To be honest, I find this percentage very hard to believe because I am so used to Intuitives being almost non-existent around me.Are these 5–8% figures for the US accurate in reality? Does this statistics vary significantly from state to state? It is just hard for me to imagine such a high percentage when I haven't met a single fellow ENFP among dozens, if not hundreds, of acquaintances. I would appreciate your insights!
