I recently had a client request a cardholder I had made before in green, I got a panel of buttero from rocky mountain leather and just finished it, im so happy with the result, probably my best work as of now, having just started leather working in june.
This is thr first project where I drafted the pattern, worked on iterations to better clearances and didna tiny bit of wet moulding just to modify the level of friction when pulling out the cards. im really happy with how it turned out. I design the patterns on Illustrator and its worked great for me so far.
would love to get your feedback!
Continuing my leatherworking journey, ive decided to make a journal cover for my mother as she loves my travelers notebook and she wanted me to make one for herself.
noticed I had a few chicago screws left and decided to use them on a valet tray, quick fun project and loved then finished look.
4oz veg tan from weaver, this is my third project, love the look! screwed the stitching up a bit. also this lether is so soft esge bebeling is really difficult.
would love to read your thoughts and any suggestions!
I thought it would be nice to start sharing my progress learning leathercraft. I started out with a veg tan double shoulder from weaver and a 1.25” strap of water buffalo leather. I made this wrap cardholder from a pattern i found online and although its got a few mistakes im quite happy with how it turned out, also made my gf a belt. open to any project suggestions.

CONTEXT
I would love some help getting the screensavers to work on my girlfriends kindle,I previously modded my kindle using nosebleed and got everything working smoothly but at the moment I seem to be unable to get sleep screensavers to properly work on this kindle with springbreak, I see my custom image for a split second and then one of the default amazon screensavers covers it (like the pencils)
