Customized from the inside out ✨ I'm too embarrassed to admit how long tweaking everything has taken me, BUT I am about 95% done with it and totally happy with it. Last big thing will be setting up a Bluetooth page turner. I think this is the longest I've ever nerded out on anything, but now I can read and start beefing these stats 😤

I built a tool that lets you subscribe to a blog, newsletter or RSS feed and send it to your kindle. Its been really helpful in replacing my scrolling habit with reading. I would reach for my phone first thing in the morning to impulsively "check the news", but now I just open up my kindle and read a couple articles before getting out of bed.

The app was getting really bloated so I redesigned it. You can do things like:

- change the order of how articles are delivered each day
- send a random article from your favorite feeds. I use this to get a random paul graham essay each morning
- see popular feeds others are subscribing to

It ain’t much but it’s honest work! I’m so happy with my little guy, I got all my college books on her (including my geo text books!!!) and I transferred the books I had already bought!

I got everything i needed but not everything I wanted, I’m very un tech savvy so it’s possible all the menu customization is there but I just haven’t figured it out yet. That’s where I need some help
Is there any way to make the home file look nicer? Less like a file browser and more like a library?
I have a folder for school books and I’m planning to add more organizational stuff when my library grows, maybe that would conflict with any pretty layout stuff but I’m not sure.

If there isn’t then oh well, I got my ‘rax and I’m happy with him!

Do I need to install Hotfix and RenameOTA to block updates, or can I delete all the filler files now and keep WiFi enabled, since there's no Hotfix what would I have to do if for some reason the Kindles updated to a firmware that patches this Jailbreak?

Hi! It’s my first time jailbreaking my Kindle Basic (11th Gen 2024 release) so I’m trying to fill it first with dummy files but I’m currently stuck because it won’t let me copy and paste files there (I’m guessing this is the MTP update). Any workaround here, please? Thank you!

Hi guys! Since there's a new jailbreak release for the kindle (Vera), I just wanna share my current setup, especially for those who are new to jailbreaking and don't know what to add after the jailbreak process.

My Current Plugins:
• Toggle Ads – Removes the Amazon ads/lockscreen advertisements
• KOReader – Gives more control over the reading UI, gestures, customization, and reading experience
• Simple UI – Further tweaks and simplifies the Kindle interface for a cleaner look.
• HID Passthrough – Allows Bluetooth input devices such as controllers and keyboards to act as page turners. Goodbye to clip-on page turners!
• BT Manager – Manages connected Bluetooth input devices and lets me customize their button/key mappings.
• FileBrowser – For wireless file transfers, allows me to send books/files from my phone or PC without constantly plugging in a cable.

I wanted to keep my setup simple, focused on efficient file transferring, better controls, and UI customization, only adding plugins that I actually find useful.

I had been sitting on a fully updated kindle for couple of months and am excited to be able to say that I’ve joined the club!

i’ve seen on tiktok this girl that jailbroke her kindle and customised it cutely like this. i’d like mine to look the same but i dont know how and where to find these customisations 😭😭😭

How do I get rid of these folders. Tried to remove it when connected to the computer but it seems to appear again.
