Urgent: Appeal against Unjust Suspension - Account "Wheygamer"
Dear Embark Studios Support Team,
I am writing to formally appeal the temporary suspension on my account (Wheygamer). I deeply disagree with the generic statement that "abnormal behavior" was detected.
As a dedicated player with over 490 hours of clean gameplay, I have never utilized any third-party software, exploits, or cheats. Recently, due to personal and family routines, my playtime is extremely limited, and I exclusively play casual PvP matches with my friends on PS5 and Steam.
Given that I frequently play PvP, it is highly probable that this suspension is a "false positive" triggered by automated, malicious mass-reports from frustrated opponents who lost fair matches.
A generic, automated response is unacceptable for a customer who has invested both significant time and money into your game. Under consumer protection laws (including the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, as I am a resident of Brazil), a company cannot suspend services or restrict access to purchased content without providing concrete, individualized proof of wrongdoing.
Therefore, I kindly request:
- A human review of my match logs and telemetry by your anti-cheat team, rather than an automated script.
- Clear evidence of the alleged "abnormal behavior", or the immediate lifting of this suspension.
If Embark Studios cannot prove any breach of conduct on my part, this penalty is entirely unlawful. If the suspension is not lifted immediately, I will be forced to formally demand a full refund of all financial investments made in the game due to breach of contract from your end.
