Hi everyone,

I received my Accenture Offer Letter on 27th April 2026 for the AASE role. I accepted it the same day and had already completed my BGV form + LoA on 25th April.

After that, I received a few BGV calls, but due to system issues, I couldn’t have a proper conversation:

• One automated call disconnected after 16 seconds.
• Another call had only background noise with no agent response.

It’s been 25 days now, and I haven’t received the Document Submission Link or any further onboarding updates.

If anyone with a similar timeline (offer around last week of April) has received any of the following, please comment or DM me:

• Document Upload / Submission Link
• Primers / Stream Training mail
• Warm Welcome mail
• Joining Date
• Any other onboarding update

It would really help to understand the current batch timelines.

Hi everyone,

I recently missed a Background Verification (BGV) call from Accenture on Saturday, 26 April.

As soon as I realized, I took the following steps:

-Tried calling back on the same number (but couldn’t connect)

-Sent a follow-up email explaining that I missed the call and I’m available now

-Raised a support ticket on the portal

As of today (Monday, 27 April), I haven’t received any response or callback yet.

I’m a bit concerned because I don’t want this to affect my onboarding or BGV process.

I wanted to ask:

-Is it normal for Accenture BGV team to delay response like this?

-Will they usually call again after a missed call?

-What should I do next in this situation?

-Does anyone know the correct email address and contact no follow up for BGV?

If anyone has gone through a similar situation, please share your experience or guidance.
