I'm a TCS Smart Hiring 2025 candidate whose joining was rescheduled and later approved.

My offer is still active, documents are uploaded, and BGC/ onboarding formalities are completed, but I'm still waiting for the revised DOL/JL.

Wanted to understand the current situation from others:

1. Any Smart Hiring candidates who received revised DOL/JL recently?

2. If yes, when was your previous joining date?

3. Did you reschedule your joining?

4. How long did it take after reschedule approval?

5. Did emailing XP Onboarding / Xplore Support help?

6. Is anyone in the same situation still waiting?

Trying to understand whether this is affecting mostly Smart candidates or just individual cases.

I'm a 2025 graduate selected in TCS. I got my original joining date for Jan 5, 2026, but I couldn't join at that time due to personal reasons.

TCS accepted my reschedule request in March 2026, and I completed all required formalities including BGC/NSR.

It's now mid-May, and I still haven't received a revised Date of Joining (DOL). I've contacted XP Onboarding / Xplore support, but the response is only that my offer will be honored based on business requirements.

Has anyone been in a similar situation after rescheduling? How long did it take to get a new DOL? Any practical way to speed this up?

If any have idea or solution please help to get out from this situation..!!!

I am 2025 passed out I got selected in TCS and get offer letter on June 2025. And joining letter DOL got for Jan 5 2026 on December 2025 buy at the time I can't able to join.

So I requested for accept my request for provide rejoin DOL to TCS. They accepted my request to give new DOL on MARCH 2026 and now it's May mid alredy..!

I feel I am Fucked in life i feel I I need wait for again 6 months to 1 year for TCS provide NEW DOL.

I Have keep mailing every 7 days one to TCS Xplore team and Xponbord team. But they keep saying you Offer letter will honourd nothing more then that.

I feel like I am stuck in the middle of the ocean for this I don't know how to make this process fast, I also completed BGC verification.!

Please somebody give any idea to get out of this situation..!!
