I'm talking about "Therapists" not psychiatrists (for Cognitive behavioral therapy or something similar idk), one who is comfortable in conversing in Gujarati as well as English?
I researched and found about "BirdyMe Motera, Dr. Rupali Mahobe", do you guys have reviews or experiences regarding that place for therapy?
If not do any of you have other recommendations?
