First time going to the gym 😭 anyone here tried MuscleControl Gym in Pulo?
Hi! I’m planning to start going to the gym and I’m considering MuscleControl Gym. Does anyone here have experience there? Kumusta yung environment and the people/coaches?
It’s honestly my first time and super shy/insecure ako about my physique 😭 (petite and short). I just want to know if beginner-friendly and comfortable ba yung place for someone like me.
Would really appreciate honest experiences or advice po 🥹
