Refund amount slightly short of ACE reported / expected

Sorry if this is covered elsewhere. Importer here, self-filing. Has anyone else who received a payment for the first batch of IEEPA refunds seen that it didn't exactly match the amount expected from ACE reporting?
My REV-603 (Transmitted / "sent to treasury"), REV-615, modified ES-003, and ES-022 all show a certain refund total (including interest) for our 13 qualifying entries (those already liquidated as at 4/20). Nothing showing on REV-613. However, the payment received on 5/11 was about 2.4% short of that amount. A seemingly random shortfall amount that doesn't match any of the individual principal or interest amounts by entry. Can't make sense of it.
Is CPB known to be "rationing" out the announced / reported refunds in separate ACH transfers? Is there a report to examine that I've missed?
