Cheap Numerical Keypad + Cheap Magnetic Phone Holder + Windows Mouse Keys

As someone who doesn't have the budget for a button box, I was happy to realise that the numerical keypad hack works, but how to mount it?

I realised that a cheap car phone holder might (and did) work.

And then I realised that windows mouse keys software can map the mouse to it for ease of navigation.

Build a PC, prebuilt, or look for 2nd-hand?

Hi all, forgive me if this question is irrelevant. I'm looking to own a gaming pc for the first time. Given what is happening to ram and component prices right now, what do you think is the smartest way of going about owning a gaming pc? Or is it better to wait longer?

Let's say you have a budget of P70k (for the system only) and you're a sim racing enthusiast (AC, ACC, F1, AMS2, etc.) with the rig already.
