Made this eggless Harry Potter-themed cake and had so much fun putting all the little details together.

Finally got to make this eggless berry-themed first birthday cake and I absolutely loved how soft and elegant it turned out. 🍓🎂
It's covered in smooth buttercream with fresh berry-inspired details, and inside is a fluffy eggless strawberry cake with strawberry cream filling. I wanted to keep the design clean and timeless while still feeling playful enough for a first birthday.
As someone who specializes in eggless cakes, it's always fun creating designs that look just as beautiful and taste just as indulgent as traditional cakes.

Spent the weekend working on this egg-free Nintendo Switch console cake. The "screen" is an edible image print of Super Mario 3D World, and the Joy-Cons are shaped from fondant.
Eggless cakes can sometimes be tricky with structure, but the crumb on this one turned out incredibly moist and held up perfectly to the carving.
